2. Does IFSQS offer over the phone consultation?
Yes, we offer consultations over the phone or online. For new customers, we offer the
first over the phone consultation free of charge. Call us with your questions/inquiry and we’ll be happy to help.

3. Do you offer discounts to new clients?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount to new clients and a 10% discount to existing clients for
referrals.

4. Can you provide bilingual training/educational services?
Yes, we can provide training and eduction in Spanish and Urdu.

5. Do you offer trainings at client’s site?
Yes, we can conduct trainings on site tailored to our clients needs.

6. Do you conduct individual trainings or group trainings?
Yes, we can accommodate both individual and group trainings, in person or via
webinars. For large groups, we prefer in person trainings.

7. Are the individuals conducting the trainings qualified?
Yes, I have over 17 years of experience working in the food industry ranging from
bakery/dairy operations to processed guacamole, processed/fresh berries, and fresh produce such as leafy greens. I have also worked for the California Department of Food and Agriculture and collaborated with FDA throughout my years as a food safety professional. I am HACCP certified and a lead PCQI instructor. I have experience in adult education through my involvement with Hartnell College Annual Food Safety Summit where I helped develop the curriculum and served as a presenter for many years. I have a degree in biology from University of California, Santa Barbara and a Masters of Science from California State University, Monterey Bay.
